Plumbing System

Outbuildings like garages, barns, and sheds can be included upon request to ensure they’re safe and sound.
Mold Evaluation (If Applicable)
We can assess areas of concern for visible mold and moisture issues, and recommend next steps if needed.
Water Quality Testing (If Applicable)
For homes with well systems, we offer testing to ensure water is safe and free from common contaminants.
What’s Not Included in a Standard Inspection
We assess visible, accessible parts of the home.
Invasive or
Destructive Testing
We do not open walls, remove flooring, or disassemble systems to inspect hidden components.
Code Compliance Verification
Home inspections do not determine if a property meets current building codes.
Warranties or Life Expectancy
We do not guarantee future performance or remaining life of systems and components.
Specialty
Systems
Pools, septic systems, wells, solar panels, and fireplaces may require separate specialized inspections.
Environmental Hazards
We do not test for mold, lead paint, asbestos, or air quality unless specifically requested as an add-on.
Pest
Identification
While we may note visible signs of damage, identifying specific pests is outside the standard scope.
